Invest in yourself.
The most important investment you will make in life is in yourself. That’s right.
There is no question about it. Your health (youth) is the single most important thing in the world.
I have always been mindful of this. My father has always preached this message to me. It’s the reason why Fab Fit Over 40 is one of my favorite websites.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
I recently read a life changing book focused on mindset and one of the first things the author wrote was to treasure yourself and treat yourself like you would your best friend.
Those lines really stuck with me and it’s sort of what we’re working with here.
Most people make the mistake of not treasuring themselves. They treat themselves like shit.
They neglect their health.
They only begin to care about their health once they are diagnosed with a serious health problem or illness.
But by then, it’s too late.
Years of poor diet and lack of exercise have caused irreparable damage.
Now is the time to start caring.
Now is the time to be lifting weights and building a strong foundation.
Not tomorrow… NOW!
Now is the time to invest in yourself.

Agree with your article, have a question not really related to the article, but how do you balance the party lifestyle in Vegas while making gains in the gym? Do you not drink or only a couple nights a week, on your dates do you get drinks? I’m also dedicated to the gym but love night game, my goto for 1st dates are drinks, how do you balance it?
I really don’t go out. Especially now since I’m seeing someone.
I went out a lot in the summer. Pool parties during the day/nightclubs at night.
Also I barely drink.
I meet chicks during the day during my daily routine like I encourage everyone to do. Focus on your world and the Universe will bring chicks in to your life.
Your job is to seize the opportunity and talk to those chicks.
Drinking, unless you’re an legitimate alcoholic, isn’t going to have many adverse effects on your health – or your body tbh.
One thing to do is to substitute chaser or mix by mixing it with water and adding ice and maybe some kind of bar fruit. With vodka the alcohol taste is negligible
