What’s up everyone.
My friend Jay’s long awaited book on testosterone and testosterone replacement therapy will finally be released within the next few weeks.
More to come on that at a later time.
For now, take a look at his awesome write up where he explains the realities of the the testosterone deficiency epidemic.
It’s an important article for everyone here to read. In the article, Jay addresses the following key points:
– Why is low testosterone more a problem than it was 50+ years ago?
– Most men are entirely unaware of their low testosterone condition.
– The fact that TRT is a movement that applies to men of all ages and races.
Why should you care about testosterone deficiency?
It’s no secret that most of you are around my age or younger.
When you’re in your 20’s it’s easy to view yourself as invincible and think that nothing bad will happen to you. To be honest, I still think like this. Guess what? We’re wrong.
Testosterone deficiency is not an “old man problem.” It’s a problem that is negatively impacting men of all ages, especially my generation (and younger). The fact of the matter is… Unless, you are naturally blessed from a genetic standpoint or grew up in a remote part of the world, you have low testosterone.
The problem will only get worse with time. The best game plan is prevention.
The time to educate yourself is RIGHT NOW. The biggest mistake people make when it comes to their health is to all of a sudden start caring once they encounter a major health problem.
By then it’s already too late. In most instances, decades of poor diet and lack of exercise have caused irreparable damage.
Again, the answer is PREVENTION.
You might feel on top of the world right now but eventually you won’t. Father Time remains undefeated.
The overall message I’m trying to convey to you guys is don’t wait.
Start building your body right now. Lift heavy weights. Eat foods that are rich in zinc.
Consume as much information as you can on testosterone and the benefits of testosterone replacement therapy.
The best place to start is by reading Jay’s website and eventually buying his book.

I’ve tried both testosterone and a natural Ayurvedic medicine called Shilajit. By the 4th week of the testosterone injections, I was indeed feeling quite horny, and full of energy. But Shilajit starts working within a few days and the effects are almost as strong of testosterone injections.
That is the great thing about Ayurveda, it gives you similar results as other treatments but because it’s natural there are no side effects. After the 5th week of T injections, I was getting into a rage very easily and almost got into a few fights, and it caused a lot of anxiety too.
I am certain Shijalit has raised by T levels to almost the same levels that I had on a weekly T injection, and without the bad effects too.
That would be a good question to ask Jay. Better yet get his book. You won’t regret it!
Excuse my ignorance, but what’s the difference between anabolic steroids and TRT?
I’ll let Jay discuss this in greater detail. TRT is testosterone.
Steroids are derivatives of testosterone. Diff steroids are used to accomplish diff goals.
Ex. Winstol= cutting (horrible for hair and joints though)
Anavar= overall mild/safe
I have observed the fall of the level of testosterone in western men for a long time and I have also written an article about how to massivley boost your testosterone on my blog. It is amazing how little society thinks about this fact. It’s pure ignorance not to draw a connection between the lack of testosterone in males and a lot of social and personal problems we have.
Lack of testosterone is the base of so many problems.
