    I don’t have much time that I can dedicate towards working out 5 days a week. I can however work out 3 days per week. Do you have a workout routine that I could do that will give me the necessary muscle rest and a total body workout that I could perform Mon-Wed-Fri?

      You should be able to squeeze in five 45-50 minute workouts in per week…

        Thanks for the motivation Sonny, Your website has instilled an extra boost of confidence in me. My schedule with my kids requires me to dedicate 4 out of the 7 days of the week towards their activities along with my full time workload.

        I am 5ft 5″ and weight about 125 lbs. I am from India and I don’t mind eating chicken, eggs, pork etc… but I believe I have a really high metabolism but this is not going to mind fuck me to stop pushing myself. Nothing is preventing me from working my ass off in the gym except the 3 days a week constraint. I can workout longer hours in the gym in those 3 days a week to make up for the two other days. Which program would you recommend for me: V-taper or the bombs program based on my body profile and my 3 days a week restriction?

        I am trying to go for the Mark Wahlberg, Micheal B Jordan look. Might be a lofty goal with my restrictions from going to the gym 5 days a week but I want to incorporate exercises that will get my body looking like theirs.

    Hi Sonny,

    Can you please provide a 3 day routine condensed from your 4 day routine that includes rest days in between (ex. Mon, Wed, Fri). Main goal is to prevent injuries to any particular muscles.

    I can workout 3-4 hours on the 3 days if needed.
