    Is this different from basic cable .
    I’m a beginner , and I have purchased OTAT .
    Am contemplating buying this too.

      Basic Cable uses more exercises whereas Pure Strength Hurting Bombs really focuses on a select few that will optimize both strength and total muscle fiber recruitment.

      To date, Pure Strength Hurting Bombs is our most popular program. A lot of guys like it because it’s very streamlined and easy to follow.

    Hi Sonny,

    Which program would you recommend for me: V-taper or the Bombs?

    I am 5ft 5″ and weight about 125 lbs. I am from India and I do eat chicken, eggs, pork etc… I believe I have a really high metabolism but this is not going to mind fuck me to stop pushing myself.

    I am trying to shoot for a similar look to Micheal B Jordan look in Creed. Not trying to look like a true bodybuilder like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Just a good build profile for the ladies.

    Also any other dietary or supplement recommendations based on my high metabolism would be appreciated.
