Testosterone Replacement Therapy: Podcast with Jay of Fab Fit Over 40

Are you ready?

My good friend Jay from Fab Fit Over 40 has been absolutely slugging away at an important project on the topic of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

In fact, in our recent conversations, he has repeatedly referred to it as his life’s work. It’s that important. I can tell because anytime I talk with him… I can sense the drive hard at work. That competitive spirit has been fueling him to create a work of art that will soon be available to all.

The Definitive TRT Manual for Men: Become a Supreme Alpha Male

This book will be a game changer. I can promise you that. It has the potential to change the lives of men (both young and old) all across the globe. It will educate readers on anything and everything related to one of the most controversial topics in our society today: Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).

Knowing Jay, his experience, and the resources at his disposal; this will indeed be the definitive TRT manual for men. And it will remain that way for generations to come. I’m calling it right now… This book will be on the shelf of every endocrinologist in the United States within the next 3-5 years. It’s that powerful. It’s that life changing. It’s that much raw truth backed up with 15+ years of research. It’s undeniable.

Why is testosterone replacement therapy important to men of today and the future?

It's no secret, masculinity has gone down the drain over the last few decades.

It’s no secret, masculinity has gone down the drain over the last few decades.

This book is important because it tackles the biggest overarching problem that men face today… LOW TESTOSTERONE.

It is a fact. Men are far more feminine today than they were in previous generations. This is the direct result of men having lower average testosterone levels than men of previous generations. If you walk around and take a look at the general population, this is quite obvious.

Men today exhibit characteristics that should only be limited to females. They whine. They complain. They gossip. They are the submissive partners in relationships. They are unsure of themselves. They are afraid to get their hands dirty. The list goes on…

The main point here is that there is a beta male pandemic. When you wake up and realize this, it’s almost discouraging because it appears that masculinity is on its way out the door forever.

Gone are the days when men were men and women were women. Those lines are becoming increasing blurred. The liberal soy loving hippies may preach acceptance of this. I do not accept this and neither should you.

Have no fear. Sources such as myself and Jay have the experience to put forth years of content to combat this. Testosterone replacement therapy seems to be the most complete solution. Don’t believe me? Have a listen to our new podcast.

Our latest podcast covers a lot of topics related to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and our general observations of the male population today.

What experience does Jay have regarding testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)?

Why is he writing this book?

– This is not your typical cut and paste Mom and Pop e-book. This is the real deal.

– What is the difference between Free Testosterone and Total Testosterone?

– Sonny’s blood panel- Does Sonny have high testosterone?

– Why is testosterone replacement therapy such a controversial topic?

– What are the reasons why doctors DO NOT want to prescribe testosterone?

– Who are the doctors that have helped Jay write this book?

– What has changed over the last 50 years to make men more feminine?

– What is the “War on Men?”

– How important are social skills?

– Is college a necessary evil?

– Is wage slavery a necessary evil?

– There will be two editions of the book: Generation X/Millennial Edition and Baby Boomer Edition

– Almost everything that is wrong (physically and mentally) with men today can be attributed to Low T.

– Is testosterone replacement therapy the “miracle formula”?

My favorite quote: It takes a beta male to an “alpha beta,” it takes an alpha male to a supreme alpha, and it takes a supreme alpha to wherever he wants to go. You know what I mean, he can rule the world. Because the power that it gives you, the decisiveness, the ability to be sure of every decision you make, to not worry about what may happen if something goes wrong when you make the decision. And that’s just the stuff that people don’t really know about.”

– Why does the baby boomer generation fear testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)?

– “7 out of every 10 guys is a woman”

– What do women really want and why should we feel sorry for them?

– When can we expect the final product?

Thanks for listening fellas. Be sure to check out Jay’s site Fab Fit Over 40 and keep your eyes peeled for his ground breaking book that is expected to drop VERY SOON.

Will the book cover how to get a TRT script as a young adult? That’s what I’m most interested in.

There are two versions of the book.

Yes, the Generation X/Millennial Edition will cover that.

Cool Podcast! Great info.. Ima definately get the book whenever it comes out.

Also, that part about college was spot on. Where i’m from, Everyone’s talking about “Oh, fuck college..im gon huslte instead” LMAO. Hustle what? You’re not Mark Zuckerberg, you’re not Diddy. Talking especially about those that quit school out of laziness, just to chill on the block and party all day. But yea, this topic is a big one.

He also said you gotta metamorphic body type. So i’m thinking, some of the advice you give could be tweaked here and there for people with different builds. For expample.. Ima kinda inbetween ecto and meso so its was hard to pack on size but very easy for me to get ripped af.

So with supersetting all excercises i think its best to tell people who’re still very skinny to chill with the supersets and eat more instead. When i started supersetting.. i didn’t eat that much and actually lost weight/strength. my 2 cents

Agreed. If you are an ectomorph you could chill on the supersetting.

So what’s your view on TRT? It sounds like you’re all for it but if you could get a prescription tomorrow would you take it? I’m pretty skeptical but I’ll have to read the book in January to learn more about it. Besides, I’m young now and I have none of the described physcial or behavioural symptoms of low test. I have no desire to go on TRT as of now or ever. But like I said, I’ll read the book, and my opinion might change when I’m 45…

One more thing will the book be covering natural ways to raise test (such as diet, training, sleep, lifestyle habits)?

I will absolutely be using testosterone… but not for a few years most likely.

Naturally, I am still high. Might as well ride it out for as long as possible.

One thing I will tell you is that if you alive now… you more than likely have Low T. It’s not you. It’s all the stuff in the environment that you have been bombarded with since you were born. All those chemicals wreck test levels. These are found in food as well.

That’s a good question. I’m not entirely sure on that.

No, if I was given a script tomorrow I would not take it.

Growing up I was told not to drink from plastic water bottles or warm up plastics in the microwave. My mother’s been very aware of the health dangers from chemicals found in food so in that aspect I’m a lot better off than others. But as for shit in the air and the soil, there’s not much anyone can do about that…

Well in that case maybe you should write an article on how to increase test naturally? That would be good.

hey man, any plans to apply those things and take another test in a month or so to see if you can get any higher?

          • December 8, 2014 at 1:51 am

Most likely. I’ve been putting myself through hell lately as an experiment… More details to come.

Keep in mind, those results are def lowered by partying a lot recently… again part of the experiment.

Sonny, this was really informative. Very good podcast for someone like me who has looked into this topic beforehand. One thing I got to think of was the dieting aspect. Particularly how government regulations/advice previously stated x amount of eggs for everyone. One of the best food sources for a man
I am not saying this is a conspiracy but I know many who still believe you shouldn’t eat more than 1-2 eggs a day.

    • November 24, 2014 at 12:06 am — Reply

It is a conspiracy… I eat 5-6 whole eggs every morning.
