Strength By Sonny Montage Music

I don’t have off time. I must always be on.

I recently had a reader ask me a great question.

He asked me how I have time to write awesome content, work a full-time job, hit the gym, and have a social life.

The answer is very simple.

I am a competitor.

My work ethic is unbeatable.

You don’t see that part.

I don’t have down time. I’m always on.

My life and Strength By Sonny are one.

I am the brand and the brand is me.

I gotta stay sharp.

I can’t watch porn and develop a little timid voice.

I must eat a good diet, packed with zinc, for energy.

I must keep hammering away in the gym in order to upkeep the brand.

The Strength By Sonny name only works if they guy running the show epitomizes power and strength.

I work on all this site at all hours of the day.

I think about future articles/projects during breakfast and on the drive to work.

I write up notes and make plans while I BS my job during the day.

I answer all reader e-mails when I return home.

I write content into the wee hours of the morning sometimes.

The main point is that if you want something bad enough, you will make it happen.

I’m always in the lab.

I want Strength By Sonny to be the number one self-improvement website for men.

I love helping guys achieve their goals (or provide valuable insight for them).

I want to be viewed as the best source for such information.

I want it bad. And you what…. I’m gonna get it.

I tell myself everyday.

I promise all of you that.

My site is new. All I gotta do is continue to put in the work.

The content already speaks for itself.

I just have to keep building.

It’s how my life works and how storylines pan out for me.

Anything I have ever wanted in this life… I have gotten.

All of my goals have taken work… I have put in the work time and time again (and then some).

Strength By Sonny is an interesting project for me because it will be a multi-year project.

It will go through various phases.

Right now we are in Phase I- The Side Gig Phase.

This is the most important phase.

Time is very limited.

Every single second counts.

After all, the majority of my day is spent at work.

I am very productive and efficient with my time.

But it still isn’t enough.

There are 24 hours in a day… I need about 30.

So how exactly do I execute and drop money content on a consistent basis?

I use the power of montage music.

For those of you who don’t know, a montage is a scene in a movie where a character or characters are progressing at something very fast in a short amount of time.

The montage usually starts off with the character not being good at something.

Then it shows a sequence of events where they are training/getting progressively better at something.

And by the end of the montage, they are a pro and ready to achieve their goal.

Here are some examples:

Notice how they also have upbeat music that pumps you up?

That’s what I essentially subject my self to.

When I create a new article, I am building something awesome.

I am building yet another piece to the young Arvado Empire.

Music is everything for me.

Upbeat/inspiring music (montage music) is what pumps me up.

It drives me.

It wakes me up when I have to hammer out a new piece of writing at 3 AM.

I was born to live bred to win.

Strength By Sonny was too.

Hey Sonny, inspiring again and very powerful. I have no doubt big things will come out of this site. Big respect and good luck to you.

As someone who works in Science – which is a pretty creative and work-intensive environment – I often have so many ideas in my mind that I find myself not wanting to SLEEP. There is always too much going on in my mind. Look at the time I am posting this now. 2 am.

Eventually, I do that for a couple of days in a row, then I crash.

But sleep is important, isn’t it? I feel I could be much more efficient with enough sleep.

How do you personally integrate sleep into your life, if you’re always on? You force yourself into a regular pattern, you take “power naps”, or do you sleep whenever your body demands and finally overpowers your mind?

Getting into a regular sleep routine is one of the most difficult tasks for me, because I don’t want to “miss” anything.

Sleep is important… you can recharge with very short meditation sessions to take mini-breaks.

At this point… my sleep isn’t too consistent but I find a way to get enough.

Always nice to get some insight into a fellow competitor’s life and how you do things. Definitely feeling this about always being “on”, there’s no time to be wasting as long as there’s only 24 hours in a day. Loving the playlist too; some of those are new to me but I’ve been listening to Eminem, 50 Cent, and Game since I was 11 years old. 😀

    Sonny,

I think i’m going to start a website soon..really want to get into this whole entrepreneur thing and start to make a name for myself..start getting what I want out of life for the first time in 21 years..I want to make the website on self-improvement and teaching languages (spanish, portuguese which I speak). Do you have any suggestions/insight?

    • September 8, 2014 at 3:04 am — Reply

Yea. Gotta show your face and make it transparent.

The end of anonymous “experts” giving cookie cutter self-improvement advice is over.

Need to have actual experience and legitimate stories… People get a sense of who the pretenders are.

This niche I’m in is already saturated with guys life B&D and D&P… I’m much younger than those guys but people already respect me and my site.

Why? Because I put myself out there and speak from my own experience.

You and your site have to be one

    Yeah, absolutely right.
A few days ago I re-discovered this song. It was like it was written exactly for this: “You’ve got another thing comin'”, by Judas Priest

    The Chorus:

“If you think I’ll sit around while you chip away my brain
Listen I ain’t foolin’ and you’d better think again
Out there is a fortune waitin’ to be had
You think I’ll let it go you’re mad
    You got another thing comin'”

All the lyrics is awesome, you should check it out. I already liked the song but when I got to know the lyrics I liked it even more. Pure power and poetry.

I got a few more songs that are powerful too, but I think this one hits the nail.

Thanks man. I’ll check it out.

One of their greatest songs. By the way, for upbeat/kickass music by Priest, you’d better check their album Painkiller 🙂 the most extreme they’ve made.

Yes, they are one of my favourite bands. They almost have one-two hits per album, and each album is really different in style, from “soft” rock to heavy metal.

If you want to get to know their songs I would recomend you listen one of those “the best” compilations, so you.can decide if you like the band. If you do, get all the CDs!
